Fashion evolution is how Sabine Lohèl, Head of Design at SEM PER LEI, refers to the development of her styles that reconcile feminine and sensual elements with high demands made on materials, wear properties and comfort. She gives birth to a multitude of individual coordination options skilfully toying with cut, colour and fabrics. Her 'Network of Fashion' focuses on versatile styling links from urban to casual. Compelling here are extraordinary forms accentuating small short-sleeved jackets with pleated cape-type collars. Figure-hugging peplum jackets smartly and femininely emphasise the silhouette. The 'little black number' is revisited turning into an eye-catcher thanks to triple belting. Almost reminiscent of the army is a double-breasted jacket given a feminine slant by lace borders – the matching garment is a full-circle skirt with tiered lace trims.

Knitwear is presented in many facets ranging from charming cardigans with a chiffon bow threaded through the neckline to elaborately finished details for pullovers, tops and jackets. Worth stressing here are special styling ideas such as borders in contrasting designs and discreet opulence afforded by colour-matched mink trims for collars and cuffs. Adding a special touch of drama: shocking pink as an accent colour is spectacular for an angora waistcoat which easily replaces any mink jacket with its furry look thanks to especially high pile.

Knits are teamed with suede waistcoats. Trousers are predominantly flared or flowing and loose in Marlene Dietrich style but boot-cut pants are also in evidence. Dresses and longer jackets with a straightforward yet figure-hugging cut are beefed up by waffle looks.

NEVER WITHOUT

Indispensable for every collection by SEM PER LEI are white blouses that come with ever new details. This time they are made of finest cotton satin and feature – as a special detail – delicate lace. Exquisite and stylish are blouses in white and cream Saxon lace. Purist, preppy and sexy: white lace blouses with button-down collars.

LOUNGE STYLE

Each collection also includes a complementary more formal line. Black jersey lace backed with off-white viscose plus matching angora boleros look seductive yet never overdressed. Blouses, skirts, longer coats and dresses are available also featuring sequins all over.
